About me

I’m not a tour pro. That’s the point.

Hey, I’m Luke, a UK based golfer and the creator behind Weekend Tour Pro. I started the channel because I loved golf content, but most equipment reviews and advice were being delivered by golfers whose speed and consistency looked nothing like mine.

So Weekend Tour Pro is built around a simple idea: test golf products properly, explain the numbers clearly and judge them from the point of view of the golfer who plays at weekends, has a handicap and occasionally sends one towards the wrong fairway.

Alongside the channel, I work professionally as a Programme Manager with experience in business strategy, business cases and delivering complex change, and I hold a degree in Business Management. That means commercial projects start with the objective, audience and opportunity, not just the camera.
